Process

The best part of this entire opportunity is the cleaning process itself.
As long as there has been tile there were only two ways to clean it, until now!

1. By Hand - with a small brush going over the entire surface. This is painstaking, not to mention time consuming and often times people stop before the job is complete, leaving a bigger mess than before they started.

2. Acid - Acid wash has been the practiced method of  Tile & Grout cleaning. Though somewhat effective it has some serious drawbacks;
   * It can eat away the Tile & Grout if the solution is not mixed properly or if the floor is older it may lift or peel.
   * When applied to the floor, it sometimes does not clean evenly.

Business Solutions Inc. uses what is known as Steam Vapor Cleaning. This is a system that uses no harsh chemicals and can be directed to clean a precise area.

When Vapor cleaning, the operator runs the wand right in the grout line and blows the dirt out, returning it to it's original color. This is done by using high temperature DRY steam vapor @ 240 - 270 degrees, this higher temperature, low moisture combined with the highly regulated pressure creates a totally new cleaning process that can clean AND sanitize most any surface easily.

Vapor is comprised of droplets smaller than steam. This heated steam vapor is able to penetrate cracks and crevices and reach areas that conventional steam cleaners cannot. Vapor also dissolves grease, grime, dirt and removes bacteria to leave surfaces thoroughly clean.

This method has been used in Europe for years, but has just recently reached the United States. It's safe, effective, environmentally friendly, extremely reliable, easy to use and very cost effective. It does not require any chemicals, the only thing this machine needs is water and electricity.

The factory warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product, excluding accessories, shall be free from defects in manufacturing and material, under normal and reasonable use for the periods listed below from date of sale.

EXTENDED WARRANTY: Parts and Labor - 1 Year  / Parts only - 3 Years / Boiler - Lifetime

The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement, at the Manufacturer's option, of any product that proves to be defective in manufacture or materials within above stated period.

For this warranty to apply, the owner and/or user must follow the instructions provided herein, with the product. The proof of purchase (copy of invoice) must be submitted with return of the product. The product returned to the manufacturer is to be shipped prepaid in a protective carton. The manufacturer advises the purchaser to insure the shipment against possible loss or damage in transit. The manufacturer will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

This Warranty is Void if: Product is damaged resulting from accident, misuse, improper operating, or unauthorized repair or alteration.

This Warranty is Void if: Unauthorized user has operated product.

This Warranty is Void if: Product has been operated with substances other than tap water.
