First introduced in Italy in the 1980s these units have been marketed under various names, but regardless of what you call them they have set the standard for power, safety, and reliability throughout the world.

Though the units have been upgraded over the years the basic trouble free design has remained the same. As one of the very few, if not the only steam cleaner dealers in the U.S. to actually use this type of equipment on a daily basis, nothing over the years has lived up to the durability of the Commercial 3000 and 4000 Series.

We have used these units for every type of commercial application from cleaning tile and grout to dirty restaurant kitchen equipment and extremely greasy restaurant hoods (all without chemicals). To this day we have service units that date back to 1998, they have cleaned thousands of feet of tile, grout and surfaces, one even fell out of a moving truck and outside of a few dents and a missing wheel it still worked great.

These commercial grade heavy duty use units have stainless steel bodies and boilers with the strongest extruded aluminum wands in the Industry.

NEW SAFETY FEATURE - WIRELESS AIR TRIGGER

The latest upgrade to the Commercial 3000 and Commercial 4000S is our new Wireless Air Trigger. This safety device allows the operator to pull the trigger to activate the vapor and when released the vapor stops automatically. This reduces the chances of accidental scalding if dropped and since the trigger is air powered we have eliminated all wiring and any chance of any electrical shock.

The factory warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product, excluding accessories, shall be free from defects in manufacturing and material, under normal and reasonable use for the periods listed below from date of sale.

Extended Warranty: Parts and Labor - 1 Year / Parts only - 3 Years / Boiler - Lifetime

The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement, at the Manufacturer's option, of any product that proves to be defective in manufacture or materials within above stated period.

For this warranty to apply, the owner and/or user must follow the instructions provided herein, with the product. The proof of purchase (copy of invoice) must be submitted with return of the product. The product returned to the manufacturer is to be shipped prepaid in a protective carton. The manufacturer advises the purchaser to insure the shipment against possible loss or damage in transit. The manufacturer will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

This Warranty is Void if: Product is damaged resulting from accident, misuse, improper operating, or unauthorized repair or alteration.

This Warranty is Void if: Product has been operated with substances other than tap water.

The manufacturer is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages (including personal injury, property damage or monetary loss) that may be incurred from purchase, use, or inability/improper use of the product. Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product paid by the original purchaser.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.
