We have been selling steam vapor cleaners since 1997. As a commercial cleaning and building maintenance company (Maid-in-USA) we have been using the power of steam vapor long before most Americans knew this kind of equipment existed. Though from the very beginning our best selling and most reliable commercial units have always been our Commercial 3000 and 4000 Series. First introduced in Italy in the 1980s these units have been marketed under various names, but regardless of what you call them they have set the standard for power, safety, and reliability throughout the world. Though the units have been upgraded over the years the basic trouble free design has remained the same. As one of the very few, if not the only steam cleaner dealers in the U.S. to actually use this type of equipment on a daily basis, nothing over the years has lived up to the durability of the Commercial 3000 and 4000 Series. We have used these units for every type of commercial cleaning application from cleaning grout and tile to extremely greasy restaurant hoods, restaurant equipment and neglected bathrooms. To this day we have service units that date back a decade, they have cleaned thousands of feet of tile, grout and surfaces and 1000's of pieces of equipment, restaurant kitchens and more. One of our Commercial 4000's even fell out of a moving truck and outside of a few dents and a missing wheel it still worked as well as it did on day one! These heavy duty commercial grade units have stainless steel bodies and stainless steel boilers with the strongest extruded aluminum wands in the Industry. We once read on a competitors website (who sold another brand of cleaners) that the extension wands get hot and dent easily, We found that somewhat amusing considering these attachments have come with these units for over two decades without a single complaint from our employees or any of thousands of customers.
VC 4000 C Steam Vapor Cleaner Warranty InformationThe factory warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product, excluding accessories, shall be free from defects in manufacturing and material, under normal and reasonable use for the periods listed below from date of sale. Extended Warranty: Parts and Labor - 1 Year / Parts only - 3 Years / Boiler - Lifetime The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement, at the Manufacturer's option, of any product that proves to be defective in manufacture or materials within above stated period. For this warranty to apply, the owner and/or user must follow the instructions provided herein, with the product. The proof of purchase (copy of invoice) must be submitted with return of the product. The product returned to the manufacturer is to be shipped prepaid in a protective carton. The manufacturer advises the purchaser to insure the shipment against possible loss or damage in transit. The manufacturer will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. This Warranty is Void if: Product is damaged resulting from accident, misuse, improper operating, or unauthorized repair or alteration. This Warranty is Void if: Product has been operated with substances other than tap water. The manufacturer is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages (including personal injury, property damage or monetary loss) that may be incurred from purchase, use, or inability/improper use of the product. Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product paid by the original purchaser. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Return of your unit for Warranty Repairs, Out of Warranty Repairs and all other Returns MUST include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by us or the manufacturer. You must contact us directly Toll Free Phone: 1-877-728-0048 for your RMA information. Any item attempted to be returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. Non-warranty returns/refunds within 14 days of sale will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Item returned within 14 days must be returned in original condition with all attachments and with all original packaging. No returns/refunds on equipment that has been used after 14 days. No returns/refunds after 30 days for any reason.
